Over the last twenty years or so the Bearded Dragon, or as it is correctly known the Inland or Central Bearded Dragon has leg waved and head bobbed itself into reptile keepers affections all round world. Bearded Dragons are a medium sized lizard allowing easy if occasionally spiky handling.

A great deal of information gathering is the key to deciding whether or not to keep these beautiful creatures as pets, they are quite demanding on your time and have unique requirements to stay healthy and have a long and happy life, that said the rewards are in our opinion are well worth it. Our first two Dragons Jasmine (a female Rainbow Tiger) and Bo (a female Citrus Tiger) joined us on Sunday 10th June 2012 at the age of 3 months, after a 5 month period researching the needs and requirements  of Bearded Dragons to ensure we could meet those needs and give them a good home. Sadly, due to illness Jasmine passed away early in 2013, this was a very sad time for us and she will always be missed. On the 15th June 2013 two more Bearded Dragons joined us, the elder of the two Aurora (a female Manderin Tiger) at 7 months of age and the baby to our addition Troy (a male Orange/red Italian Leatherback) at 8 weeks old.
